Please plan to attend the monthly meetings of the Vinton Booster Club that are held the first Thursday of each month (except as noted below) at the Vinton Senior Center at 7:00pm to support our organization and receive important information regarding your child's recreational sports activities. The meetings are scheduled for Thursdays as follows in 2012: Feb 2nd, March 1st, May 3rd, June 7th, July 5th, Sept 6th, Oct 4th Nov 1st, and Dec 13th.
2012 SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION FOR VINTON BOOSTER CLUB
The Vinton Booster Club is pleased to announce the
sign-up dates for Girls Softball and Boys Baseball.
When and How:
Registration from January 9th thru March 22nd via the Internet
Sign-Up Fee Schedule: Baseball/Softball One Child - $70.00 Two Children - $130.00 Three or more: $195.00 Note: any combination of the above sports per family automatically generate a $5 per player discount, IF online signups occur at the same time.
*** Late Registration begins on March 23 and will end on March 31 and includes a 55%($36) per child late fee
(EXCEPTIONS: Girls 14U & 16UB and Boys Junior ages 13-14 signups will continue thru April 12th with these ages late charges being added on April 13th with their signup ending April 16)
All returned checks and approved requests for refunds will be assessed a $36.00 service fee. ***
All registrations must be submitted online, and should be done using a Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card. If you do not pay with a credit/debit card, then register online and mail a check at once to the Vinton Booster Club, P.O. Box 403, Vinton, VA 24179. Please remember, only after payment is received does the online application become active and the player may be assigned to a team, uniform ordered, plus your check must be received before the league draft date. No team assignments for early registrants will be made unless paid and received before the draft. Mandatory:
All New players must mail in a copy of their birth certificate. This is required for insurance purposes and for player eligibility.
